What happens at the end of a billing month?
Your reel count resets on the same date next month. Unused reels don't roll over. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in your account. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of first paid charge if you've rendered fewer than 5 paid reels, full refund. Details in the refund policy.
What payment methods?
UPI, all major credit / debit cards, netbanking, and EMI — all processed through Razorpay. GST invoice issued automatically.
Can I top up extra reels?
Yes — extra reels are billed at ₹15 (Starter) / ₹12 (Creator) / ₹10 (Studio) each. Auto-charged on overage with a confirmation prompt.
